Overview

Chhittoo is a multi-service mobile app designed to bring essential services closer to the people of Dharan, Nepal. From 24/7 food, groceries, alcohol and cake delivery to private barber bookings and vehicle registration renewals, Chhittoo simplifies everyday needs with a seamless and reliable experience.

Role

Our role is to bridge the gap between convenience and accessibility by offering a single platform for multiple essential services. We developed Chhittoo with a community-first approach, ensuring that residents of Dharan can access what they need, when they need it, without unnecessary hassle. Our mission is to enhance convenience, support local businesses, and redefine service accessibility in the region.

Challenge

Building a platform that integrates multiple services while maintaining a smooth and intuitive user experience was our biggest challenge. From ensuring fast deliveries to managing secure and reliable transactions, we had to carefully design and optimize every part of the app to provide seamless service coordination.

Solution

To address these challenges, we developed Chhittoo with a user-friendly interface, secure QR-based and cash-on-delivery payment options, and a robust service management system. By combining smart logistics, efficient order handling, and local partnerships, Chhittoo delivers a reliable, hassle-free, and community-driven experience for users in Dharan.
